Long Wave in Economic Life by Nikoli Kondratieff.pdf

Poor Nikolai, his Long Wave conclusion stated that capitalism was a self rejuvenating process.  This was not what Stalin wanted to hear in 1928 Russia.  Because Kondratieff conclusion’s were seen as a criticism of Stalin’s communism, he was sentenced to the Soviet Gulagand and later received the death penalty in 1938.
